Richard Reese passed away June 4, 2012 right before his 65th birthday. His twin sister Mary Ellen passed away 3 years before him. He had an undiagnosed neurological illness that he faced with great calm and true braveness. He was married to Sherry Cummings from Texas for 40 years. They had no children. He had a ME degree from New Mexico State and worked for various oil companies and for himself all over the world. He was an insatiable traveler and story teller. He made friends everywhere he went and had a true curoisity about all people. He had 7 nieces and nephews that he was always interested in. An avid fly fisherman , he went many unique places to see the remote beautiful wilderness.
He had always been very strong and healthy, happy and embraced his life. He was a great lover of animals, and trained his small sheltie to be a nursing home visiting dog. He also volunteered to help yoing people in reform schools when in the United States.
